We need to exchange information with the others in order to live, we need to receive impressions - images, sounds, scents - in order to stay healthy. Any action we carry out is preceded by a flux of information to our brain. Just like we talk about “energetic blockages” or “low energy”, we can talk about informational blockages or missing information. We may apply to information qualities such as “positive”, “negative”, “high”, “low”, “missing” information. Just like we can speak of nutrition, metabolism, elimination/excretion at the level of the physical body, we can also speak about similar processes in the field of information or impressions, with which we “nourish” or we “poison” our minds, souls and spirits. |

We can therefore speak of “information medicine”, referring to the science and art of replacing detrimental information, communicating missing information, unblocking informational obstacles and replacing outdated information.
